Described here are your terms of engagement for using riddlock, a website and app for asset data inheritance, available online. References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' refers to riddlock's promoters, owners, partners, affiliates, third parties, agents and employess as the case may be.

Our products may be used by people of all age groups. You must however review the existing and future laws in your home country relating to online data privacy.
Your account means all data and files you store or have access to in riddlock. It will be subject to the rules below:
| 1 | You will not disclose your private key and riddles to others. As you are anonymous to us, we will not be able to help you restore access to your account if you forget them. In case of unauthorized use of your account, you will notify us immediately via email. |
| 2 | You will not use your account to create or disseminate information which could be potentially misleading, fraudulent, racist, abusive, offensive, objectionable or illegal to any individual, organization or community. |
| 3 | You will not use riddlock to copy, store, transmit, send or use any material consisting of or forming part of any computer virus, trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious software. |
| 4 | You will not use riddlock in any way that causes, or may cause, damage, impairment, unavailability or inaccessibility of riddlock. |
| 5 | You will not upload, transmit or use any data in riddlock which is potentially illegal, unlawful or infringing upon any third party’s business or legal rights, or is capable of bringing legal action against us under any applicable law globally. |
| 6 | We may at our sole discretion remove your data if we believe it is inappropriate, unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause us any harm or liability. |
| 7 | We reserve the sole right to suspend your access to your account if your actions or data disrupt, impede or negatively impact riddlock, its services, brand or reputation. |
| 8 | Please review our privacy policy to know our mechanisms and limitations in protecting your data. As the privacy policy may change any time in future, it will be your responsibility check it regularly. |
All trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos and source code used in riddlock are intellectual properties that belong solely to us.
If you think any material in riddlock violates your copyright, we urge you to notify us immediately. We will respond to such notices, and if deemed necessary, remove the infringing material. In the case a user infringes the copyrights or intellectual property rights of riddlock or others, we may in our discretion, terminate or deny use of riddlock to that user. In such terminations, we will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to us and shall be under no liability for such acts of infringement.
We may need to interrupt your access to riddlock for maintenance on a scheduled or non-scheduled basis. You agree that your access may be affected by unanticipated or unscheduled downtime and that we will have no liability for any damages or loss caused as a result.
We may suspend or terminate our services at any time as part of a general shutdown, with or without cause or notice. Similarly, if you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using riddlock or delete your account in it. We will be under no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid by you. The provisions relating to termination, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability shall survive the termination of this 'Terms Of Use'.
Riddlock and its services are provided ‘as-is’, without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not make any warranty that riddlock will be perpetually available or available at all or will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. We also do not warrant that the information contained in riddlock is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of use of riddlock. You represent and warrant that your use of riddlock will be in strict accordance with our privacy policy, this 'Terms Of Use' and with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct, acceptable content and transmission of data exported in your residing country.
In no event will we be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for:
| 1 | Any special, incidental or consequential damages. |
| 2 | The cost of procurement or substitute products or services. |
| 3 | Interruption of use or loss or corruption of data. |
| 4 | Any amounts that increase the fees paid by you to riddlock. |
| 5 | Any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of your data. |
Without prejudice to our rights under this "Terms of Use", in the event of any breach by you in any way, we may take any/all such action as it deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending, blocking or terminating your access to riddlock or bringing court proceedings against you including but not limiting to enforcement of our rights under law and equity alongwith claim of damages and compensation.
We reserve the sole right to modify any part of this 'Terms Of Use', and it is your responsibility to check it periodically for changes. You agree that all modifications will be in full force and effect immediately upon posting and will replace any prior version in existence.
This 'Terms Of Use' is the entire agreement between us. It will be governed by the laws of India, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or breach in any instance will not waive any subsequent breach thereof.
